1. Eligibility for Withdrawals

- Your account is fully KYC-verified (including PAN card and Bank Account/UPI verification).
- You have a positive Withdrawable Balance (Note: Bonuses and promotional credits are non-withdrawable).
- Your account is not flagged for any fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity.
2. KYC Requirements
To initiate your first withdrawal, the following verifications must be completed:
- PAN Card Verification (mandatory under Indian tax regulations)
- Bank Account or UPI ID Verification
- Mobile Number Verification via OTP

- Promotional bonuses, cashbacks, or other credits are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Any suspicious activity, such as multiple account usage, collusion, or automated (bot) play, may lead to withholding or cancellation of withdrawals.
- Users from restricted states (e.g., Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, etc.) are not permitted to withdraw, even if they bypass regional restrictions. Violating accounts will be suspended.
6. Cancellations and Reversals

- Cancel or reverse withdrawal requests if there are discrepancies in your KYC or suspicions of fraudulent activity.
- Freeze or restrict access to your wallet for any misuse or violation of the platform’s terms and conditions.
