This document outlines the refund and cancellation policies of Rummy Nexus.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Rummy Nexus”).

1. User Refund Request

If a user or the company encounters an accidental or erroneous cash credit, a refund may be requested or initiated by us within two weeks of the original transaction. Refunds are subject to verification and will be processed only in genuine cases, as determined by either your written request or our internal investigation.

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited within two weeks to the original payment method used for the transaction.

2. Account Cancellation

To cancel your Rummy Nexus account, please send an email from your registered email ID to ciphernestsystempvtltd@gmail.com. Upon successful verification:

  • Your Main Wallet and Win Wallet balance (collectively referred to as your Account Balance) will be refunded.
  • The refund will be made to your chosen payment method, subject to applicable processing charges based on the payment provider.
  • Any bonuses, promotional offers, or incentives previously credited to your account will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your account will be permanently deactivated, restricting participation in future contests.

If you wish to rejoin in the future, feel free to reach out to us for reactivation.

3. Technical Issues

Rummy Nexus guarantees a 100% refund of your entry fee if a technical issue with our mobile application causes a disruption that affects your contest participation.

Conditions for Refund:

  • You must submit sufficient evidence of the technical issue.
  • Upon investigation and confirmation, your entry fee only will be refunded—not the contest’s estimated winnings.
  • Refunds are subject to verification and are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours post-confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation along with a transaction reference number after successful processing.

Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

4. Service Disruption

Rummy Nexus is not liable for any losses due to cancellation of games caused by:

  • Service outages from external providers,
  • Malware or system errors,
  • Natural disasters or events outside of our control.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. Failed Account Validation

Rummy Nexus reserves the right to verify your personal information via email or phone.

If multiple contact attempts fail and validation remains unsuccessful:

  • Your account may be suspended.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method, as per the company’s discretion.

6. Cancellation of Promotions

Rummy Nexus reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any:

  • Offers,
  • Contests,
  • Bonuses,
  • Tournaments or games,

...at any time without prior notice. If a contest is canceled, only the entry fee, if applicable, will be refunded. We are not liable for any additional losses resulting from such cancellations.

7. Voluntary Account Termination

You may terminate your account by emailing ciphernestsystempvtltd@gmail.com with a clear request and a specified time frame (minimum 48 hours to a maximum of 6 months).

Upon approval:

  • Your remaining account balance (excluding bonuses/incentives) will be refunded within 10 working days.
  • If you participate in contests or make transactions after sending the request, Rummy Nexus will not be responsible for any such actions.

8. Inactive Accounts and Forfeiture

Accounts inactive for over 365 days with unused balances will be notified twice via email or phone (as per your registered details) to log in and activate the account by playing a cash game.

If the account remains inactive:

  • The unused balance will be forfeited to Rummy Nexus.
  • No reminders will be sent to accounts in violation of our Terms & Conditions, and such balances will be handled under our Breach and Consequences Policy.
